Unfortunately, not all yoga classes are taught that way.

Modern life is burning us out. While yoga can be a powerful tool to restore and revitalise our bodies and minds, if not practiced in a healthy way, it can do us more harm. Developing a mindful yoga practice can transform how you live every moment of every day.

I teach yoga to empower you to become aware of your internal, peaceful state. Through traditional breathing and movement practices we will work together towards a strong body and a calm mind. Each individual is met where they are at in their body and life.
